5.2 Data required for SENSING LABS solution operation:
If you are a user of SENSING LABS environment monitoring or metering solutions, the data relating to the operation of those solutions is stored according to the contractual provisions defined with the customer. This data is necessary for ensuring the traceability of activities monitored by the customer and, as such, cannot be deleted without the customer’s explicit consent before the end of the contractual period.
