The loss of data transmitted by radio can be due to several reasons:

• The device is moving, and is out of the Gateway coverage area
• The device has a low radio level and environment has changed: new construction, object closed to the device or in direction of the gateway, rain;

SL-pico gateway and SL gateway 8CH (LoRaWAN) integrate a recover feature that automatically request Senlab devices when a message has not been received.

This feature allow to recover 100% of data even if only 80% of messages are received.
